# TexBazar এ পোস্টকৃত বিজ্ঞাপনে ব্যবহৃত কোন ছবি,লেখা, তথ্য ও ভিডিও,অন্য কোন বিজ্ঞাপনে ব্যবহার করা যাবে না এবং অন্য বিজ্ঞাপনের সাথে স্বাদৃশ্য বা একই ছবি, লিখা, তথ্য, ভিডিও Texbazar তে পোস্ট করলে তার সকল দায়ভার বিজ্ঞাপন দাতার বা বিক্রেতার। এ থেকে Tex Bazar সম্পূর্ন দায়মুক্ত ।

# TexBazar একটি গার্মেন্টস ও টেক্সটাইল ভিত্তিক বিটুবি (B2B) মার্কেটপ্লেস, যেখানে ক্রেতা-বিক্রেতা তাদের পণ্য বা সেবা প্রদর্শনীর মাধ্যমে ক্রয়-বিক্রয় কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা করতে পারবেন। উক্ত কার্যক্রম পরিচালনার ক্ষেত্রে পণ্যের গুণগত মান, আর্থিক লেনদেন ও পণ্য সরবরাহ প্রক্রিয়া সম্পর্কিত সকল কার্যক্রম নিজ নিজ দায়িত্বে সম্পাদন করতে হবে। Tex Bazar সরাসরি কোন প্রকার পণ্য বা সেবা ক্রয়-বিক্রয়ের অধিকার রাখে না।

# এই প্লাটফর্মটি ব্যবহারের জন্য প্রত্যেক ব্যবহারকারীকে তার জাতীয় পরিচয়পত্র ও ব্যবসায়িক ট্রেড লাইসেন্সসহ প্রয়োজনীয় সকল নথি প্রদান করতে হবে, যা আমাদের প্রতিনিধিদল পরিদর্শন বা যাচাইকরণ করবে এবং উক্ত ব্যবহারকারীকে আমাদের নির্ধারিত ফিচার সম্বলিত প্রিমিয়াম প্ল্যান বা সাবস্ক্রিপসান প্ল্যান ক্রয় করতে হবে, যার একটি নির্ধারিত মেয়াদ থাকবে। উক্ত মেয়াদ শেষ হয়ে গেলে পুনরায় সাবস্ক্রিপসান প্ল্যান ক্রয় করে প্লাটফর্মটি ব্যবহার করতে হবে।

# পন্য বা সেবা ক্রয় বিক্রয় পরবর্তী পরিবহন বা শিপিং এর ক্ষেত্রে আমাদের পরিবহন সেবা গ্রহণ না করে নিজ বা অন্য কোন পরিবহন ব্যবহার করলে পরিবহন বা শিপিং সংক্রান্তক সকল দায়-দায়িত্ব উক্ত ক্রেতা বা প্রতিষ্ঠানকেই বহন করতে হবে। এ ক্ষেত্রে কোন প্রকার ক্ষতির দায়ভার Tex Bazar গ্রহণ করবেনা।

# বিজ্ঞাপনদাতা পন্য বা সেবার তথ্য বা উপাত্তে কোন প্রকার মিথ্যা বা ভুল তথ্য দিয়ে থাকলে তার সকল দায়ভার উক্ত বিজ্ঞাপন দাতার উপর বর্তাবে।

# পন্য ক্রয়ের ক্ষেত্রে ক্রেতা বা প্রতিষ্ঠান নিবন্ধনকৃত হতে হবে, অন্যথায় কর্তৃপক্ষ কর্তৃক উক্ত ক্রয় বাতিল করা হবে।

# রাজস্ববিহীন বা শুল্ক মওকুফ সুবিধায় আমদানিকৃত কোন পণ্য বা কাঁচামাল ক্রয়-বিক্রয়ের ক্ষেত্রে অবশ্যই ক্রেতা-বিক্রেতাকে স্থানীয় প্রচলিত সকল প্রকার নীতিমালা ও আইন মেনে ক্রয় বিক্রয় কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা করতে হবে, অন্যথায় এই ধরণের পণ্য বা কাঁচামাল এই প্লাটফর্মে বিক্রয় করা যাবে না। অতএব কেউ যদি এই ধরণের কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা করে থাকেন তার সকল দায়-দায়িত্ব উক্ত ক্রেতা-বিক্রেতাকে বহন করতে হবে। এক্ষেত্রে TexBazar সকল দায়-দায়িত্ব থেকে মুক্ত ।

# RMG, spinning, textile dyeing সহ সকল প্রকার পন্য ক্রয় এর ক্ষেত্রে অবশ্যই ক্রেতাকে উক্ত পন্য পরিদর্শন অথবা সেম্পল বা নমুনা দেখে পন্য সম্পর্কে বিস্তারিত জেনে পন্য ক্রয় করতে হবে, অন্যথায় ক্রয় পরবর্তী কোন প্রকার জটিলতা তৈরী হলে এ ক্ষেত্রে TexBazar কোন প্রকার দায়ভার গ্রহণ করবেনা।

# পন্য ক্রয়ের ক্ষেত্রে ক্রেতা বিক্রেতা হতে অবশ্যই বিক্রয় রশিদ, ভাউচার ও ভ্যাট চালান সংগ্রহ করে পরবর্তী আশু জটিলতা এড়ানোর জন্য তা সংরক্ষণ করবেন ।

# No image, content or video shall be reused for advertisement in TexBazar. If found so, seller or advertiser shall bear all the liabilities, TexBazar shall remain immune from such liability.

# TexBazar is a B2B marketplace, based on garments and textiles, where buyers and sellers can conduct trade by displaying their products or services. In conducting such activities, related to product quality, financial transactions and product delivery process must be carried out at their own responsibility. TexBazar does not have the right to directly buy and sell any type of product or service.

# To use this platform, each user will have to provide all the necessary documents including their National Identity Card and Trade License, which will be verified by our delegation and the said user will have to purchase a Premium Plan or Subscription Plan with our specified features, which will have a specified period. Once the period expires, it requires to re- purchase the Subscription Plan to use the platform.

# In the case of transportation or shipping, if the purchaser uses his own or any other transportation instead of using our transportation services, all responsibilities related to transportation or shipping will be borne by the buyer or organization. TexBazar will not be responsible for any damage in this case.

# If the advertiser provides any false or incorrect information or data about the product or service, all liability will lie with the advertiser.

# While purchasing products, the buyer or organization must be registered, otherwise the purchase will be canceled by the authorities.

# In case of buying and selling any product or raw material imported under duty-free facilities, the buyer-seller must conduct the buying and selling activities in accordance with all prevailing local policies and laws, otherwise such products or raw materials cannot be sold on this platform. Therefore, if anyone is conducting such activities, all responsibilities and liabilities will have to be borne by the said buyer-seller. In this case, TexBazar is free from all responsibilities.

# Before purchasing any product (including RMG, spinning, textile and dyeing), the buyer must inspect the product or sample and research about the product, TexBazar will not take any responsibility if any complication (regarding the quality of the product) arises afterwards.

# While purchasing goods, the buyer must collect the sales receipt, voucher, and VAT invoice from the seller and reserve those avoid future complications.
